Dr. Hsiung,
The terms of service here in your FAQ state that it is fine to post in regards to , or concerning, (about) the policies here.
My concerns about your policies are just that, concerns about your policies, not concerns about {the members} that post what I am concerned about in relation to your policies.
Your policy of your 3-consecutive post rule is one of your policies that concerns me. I have requested from you many times about my concerns for you to clarify this rule of yours. These requests from me are about {your policy} which you say is fine to post in regards to, {not about the members} posting more than 3 consecutive posts.
The word {fine} in this sense in your FAQ means that it is {excellent} for one here to post in regards, or concerns to your policies here. Those requests from me to you are not requests for a determination, but requests about concerns regarding if you would apply your policy in particular circumstances. Asking if you would apply your policy to a particular circumstance is different than requesting a determination as to if a post is civil or not because the subject is the {poilcy} , not the member's post.
