hey muffy,
Not to sound like Dr. Bob and answer a question with a question [ ;-) ] but, couldn't it just be you and Dr. Bob are just having a talk? A chat? A discussion between two people who are interested and invested in the same idea/thing (Babble)?
No exercises. No experiments. Just talking?
I'm just thinking out loud here. I'm just wondering, and hoping you never feel like it would *have* to be some agenda, or exercise for Dr. Bob to discuss a topic with you. Not saying you do or don't - *at all.* Because I don't know.
But I do know you are as important and valuable as anyone else - and I do mean *anyone* - for Dr. Bob to talk with about Babble issues.
And I believe (though I suppose some might argue I can't *know* this 100%) Dr. Bob very much likes to hear all Babblers thoughts and ideas on stuff like this, just for their own sake. Plain and simple. Because many heads are usually better than one and he's genuinely interested. Not as part of a bigger plan or exercise or agenda on his part, i.e., the I'm-now-performing-a-psychological-test-on-muffled sort of thing.
Not that you accused him of that or anything, but you asked in a way that got me wondering how these exchanges are viewed by us (when we are part of them) and others reading them (me this time)
I just felt the need to say that. Hope it's okay.
You are the coolest, muffy.
