It seems to have something to do with the music being embedded (I have no idea what this means, btw). I'm running Windows XP and the most current Firefox and Quicktime versions. I have my Quicktime set to run midi files, and it does on all the test pages I tried.
This doesn't affect my ability to use this site, but like thuso, I really hate that yellow error banner at the top of my screen. If I take the time to close it, it helps, but it pops up each time I go to a new board. Grrrrr!
Any chance you can do the music script (is that what it's called?) differently? And are you by any chance using bgsound? Apparently that's not compatible with Firefox, though there is a plug-in that is supposed to correct that. I haven't been able to download that plug-in, though. (stupid dial-up!)
So anywhoo, here's the page with all the info I was using to try to correct this, if anyone else wants to try.
Good luck,
gg
