I am rare perhaps in that I am for blocking

Just as I am for traffic tickets. I am for PBC's and blocks that are just and fair. I also feel fairness is the key here. I can see Dr. Bob's point on adding more time each time someone breaks the rules...though how he does it is beyond me and can be very confusing to me. I am sorry people are hurt by blocks. How do others feel on this?
