Karen - I think of Babble as a peer run support group. Bob definately oversees the place, but basically it's a bunch of psych patients all trying to help each other out (on the good days).
I'd hazard a guess that most websites for us are also peer run, for the most part.
If Bob disagrees with anything a deputy does, he just overrules it. If you have an issue with what may look like some unfairness...take it up with the big guy. It all lands on his desk.
