Friends,
I have been blocked for what is said that I jumped to a conclusion. I am appealing this with DR. Hsung and I think that there was no jump needed because Dr. Hsiung does write ,"I think it is acceptable" when I ask him about the determinations that he allows.
Then Dr. hsiung says that he does what in his thinking will be good for the community as a whole.
