Maybe I'm just to dim to see it, but I don't believe that Dr Bob has ever offered care to any of us. In fact, as I understand the guidelines for this site, Dr Bob specifically REFUSES to offer anything that could be construed as care, beyond administrative actions, on this site. This is a moderated Peer Support system, which means that we -- the people who post here -- are the ones who offer carING and support -- or the alternates to that -- to one another.

Also, I realize that I don't know everything that goes on in the lives of people who come here, but the only suicide attempts, etc, that I've heard about that can be attributed to something that happened here have happened in response to what another poster has written -- not to anything Dr Bob has done.

Again, maybe it's just me, but this sure sounds like a threat to me, or inciting violence. I recognize that you reference public institutions, but I still feel very, very uncomfortable reading this here.

And, just as a general statement, if this site is so upsetting to someone -- anyone -- that that person believes it is necessary to pursue legal action against the person who put it up, why invest so much energy into it? Why not find a different environment -- on the web or in real life -- that meets his or her needs better?
