Can we still be friends? I want to make it up to you. How can I make this up to you? I'm sorry I really don't know what is appropriate to say sometimes. I also know it must seen easy for others, but maybe I'm stupid or something.

I don't want anyone to feel bad, but somehow I'm made things such that everyone including myself is extremely upset. I'm sorry I don't know how to interact with others in a healthy way. :-(

Please tell me what I can or cannot do...explicitly please.

I still do not entirely "get" it so in the meantime I need very specific rules to make sure I don't upset others again.

A list would be helpful.
