Dr. Hsiung,
I am requesting that you write a detwrmination as to if the following is acceptable or not in relation to the guidlines of the forum.
The poster writes,[...{ignorant} Mr. Cruise...]and,
[...Tom Cruise has {absolutely} no medical or science background...] and,[...he desparately needs medication...].
