A 'frequent flyer" board.
Unlike your other 'small town' idea, this one doesn't restrict how many can come in.
Of course, there is the possible problem of the occasional person that comes here and posts huge flurries and gets in. While a person that only posts when they have something to say might be left out.
I'd like to hear what others have to say.
