People who get surly when corrected, or who are argumentative when criticized, have emotional problems. If an adult person is not capable of accepting criticism without lashing out, then they have emotional problems. I don't think that is something that is just my opinion, or is irrational to state. I think that is one of the bases for psychiatry, which is what this discussion board is about.
