You're right in your assessment that Bob, regardless of the verbiage he uses, couldn't take one of your poems and put his name on it. I'm sure what he wants is to be able to publish our statements (as the statements of a poster, not of himself) without first obtaining our consent. He does this; I've read portions of some of my own posts in his on-line lectures.
There may be very good reasons for not wanting to post one of your poems. But the real danger is that a visiter to this site (but not Dr. Bob) could appropriate your poem as his or her own. I think it would be hard for Dr. Bob to get away from this since his papers seem to be seen by alot of PB posters.
