I'm not sure you're right about this. If you post the words of another (presumably with attribution), Dr. Bob presumably knows that those aren't "your" words and he probably reasonably assumes that the writer hasn't given you permission to reprint them. You may have a copyright as to some of the things you've written, but because it's your copyright, you also have the right to give someone else permission to use your words, and you can do things which would be construed as a waiver of any claims you might have. I don't know much (ie. anything) about this, but I assume Bob would argue that because of his published admonitions about his right to use what's written here, your choice to republish your own work on this site, operates as a waiver of copyright claims or a permission to Bob to use them for his own work.
