I think that's because, at council meetings, the people are face to face. I wonder, if all on these boards were face to face, if we'd say even one half of what we type?
Oh the glorious anonymity of the internet.

Um, there is nothing that I type here that I wouldn't say to someone's face . . . but maybe that's a good test?
