That seems like a good idea to me. You could offer the 'position' to those who have been here for awhile/the most helpful.And at times, instead of blocking the entire post, perhaps they could 'blackout' just the portions that would be perhaps 'offensive' or whatever. But I think that would take someone that could remain neutral....
