Would it be wise not to take GABAergics for sleep?

But for daytime anxiety? If you can use other means of getting to sleep? I am anxious to use them for both because they create tolerance. I do not wish to be unnecessarily dependent on them either.
There isn't a whole lot of anxiety when I am asleep.

Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 22.5mg
Lithium 225mg
Metformin 2000mg
Orthomolecular
