I think it depends on the part of the plant. I believe the berries are mostly atropine, but the root contains more scopolamine and hycosamine. I'll have to look it up. I purchased a whole plant extract tincture where a single drop is too much. I have to dilute a single drop in water. The vapours from the bottle can also produce intoxication.
Either way, the tincture seems to have a similar effect to the patch. The scopolamine patch is OTC in Canada, but costly ($15 for 2, 24h patches). I got the tincture a few years ago as a more cost effective route.
As mentioned, a combination of agmatine, belladonna are helpful (and my homemade rtms). I am a bit reluctant to self medicate like this, but mental health care in Canada is broken, and few doctors would understand the nuances of where I'm at.
