Ontop of that, I cant sleep for about 6 hours after a strength workout. Are Seroquel and Zyprexa very bad for exercise performance? All I have seen are studies that call for further studies. They say it may be a problem.

Even, just today, I took some extra Risperdal last night, and this morning just walking to the bus stop felt like I was carrying 50 pounds in groceries! My legs, literally, felt like they were going to give way! Just yesterday, and the previous week, I was just bouncing nice through the mall.

What helps is doing 2 sets of the exercises instead of 3. That is better than doing nothing at all. That seems like a good solution to me when I'm slightly strung out but still want to do some work.

>Well, I am quite outta shape as it is, and remember, I am 52..lol. Strength and resistance training sound like they are working well for you. I was ZOMBIFIED on the antipsychotics. Seroquel turned me into a deeply angry, depressed man. Once in awhile is OK for me, but rarely never, every night. Zyprexa nearly killed me with high blood sugar readings, and made my OCD 100x worse. I was craving milkshakes when I woke up for breakfast.
So, ya, it is likely an individual thing. But, for me, anyways, constant heavy dopamine blockade is a real, well, downer. IMHO...YMMV..etc...
