Ontop of that, I cant sleep for about 6 hours after a strength workout. Are Seroquel and Zyprexa very bad for exercise performance? All I have seen are studies that call for further studies. They say it may be a problem.

Even, just today, I took some extra Risperdal last night, and this morning just walking to the bus stop felt like I was carrying 50 pounds in groceries! My legs, literally, felt like they were going to give way! Just yesterday, and the previous week, I was just bouncing nice through the mall.

>Were you exercising shortly before you were put on Neuroleptics? What I mean is, are you sure it was caused by them? I don't feel like I'm gonna die... I'm just exhausted sometimes. What helps is doing 2 sets of the exercises instead of 3. That is better than doing nothing at all. That seems like a good solution to me when I'm slightly strung out but still want to do some work.
Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 22.5mg
Lithium 225mg
Metformin 2000mg
Orthomolecular
