there is propranolol, blocks the fight or flight response mode
there's other ways, meditating but people tell me meditate and it does nothing good. Alcohol or wine, no ... it would calm down but your get hooked in alcohol syndromes. One thing...Magnesium, take about 500-1000mg of it it should calm the nerves down.
