It has been 16 days on reduced antidepressants. Currently 25mg Trazodone and 18.x mg Venlafaxine. I feel different for sure, but not worse. I feel more like myself and less altered. I am still careful with the 5-HTP dosage. The heart racing has stopped though.
There are some symptoms as a result of the body adjusting to the new situation. But most of the time mood is pretty decent under the circumstances. Those symtoms last for less than a day, usually maybe 2-3 hours. And they are not as severe, so it is tolerable.
My impression is that I could not do this without the 5-HTP. I am a wuss when it comes to tolerating disturbing mental health symptoms. When I hear what other people tolerate, I am in awe.
Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 22.5mg
Trazodone 75mg
Venlafaxine 37.5mg
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium 225mg
Orthomolecular
