Hey SLS/Everyone,
I think we take some similar medications such as lamotrigine, nardil and lithium. For at least 10 years, if I take vitamin pills or more than a handful of vegetables, I get a moderate depression the next day. Actually, I took a whole bag of spinach once and steamed it. That cause depression for 7 days.
I have always thought it might be Folate(Vitamin B9) that reverse lamitcal's effect because of the study that showed Folic Acid reverses lamitical's antidepressant effect(https://www.psychiatrictimes.com/view/hold-folate-adjunctive-lamotrigine).
Do you have this problem? Anyone have any ideas? (I have though of just buying every vitamin tablet and testing them all, although I never do it because even one day of depression is awful)
Thanks,
PCB
