so, i've been not taking it since 2 months ago, i had to be hospitized to get the withdrawl helped. This is the thing, i was taking higher doses for anxiety, and yes phenibut defiently works, it's a gabapentinpoid just like nuerontin but it's also a GABA - beta agonist
i rerember all those years of feeling anxiety free from it, but the horrid memory of having to withdrawl after i couldnt buy it. FDA has been urging websites and places that sell it to remove it. It's become a craze for a while to buy it. I posted about it, i don't know if those posts go on google for the net to read, but from 2017-2019 skyrocket in people that started buying it.
It relives anxiety defiently, but it's withdrawls at (higher doses) resemble barbiturates, not eating insomnia, siezures. I compared them and it is similar to barbiturate withdrawl. Terrible expereince
