Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on or experience with histamine H2-receptor antagonism.
Famotidine has shown promising results in the treatment of negative symptoms in schizophrenia. Negative symptoms are very much like depression, including apathy and anhedonia.
Trimipramine is a potent and high-affinity histamine H2-antagonist. Clozapine is an inverse agonist at the receptor.
