Yeah not all depressed patients need antidepressants. They make it look like that but many just don't.
I will see my primary care physician on Wednesday. From what I can gather it is very well possible that Sleep Apnea is causing these issues I have. I have had them for two weeks. It could be therapy that I have just started, but the conversations are not uncomfortable for me at all, so I think it must be something physical, not emotional.
