Intranasal ketamine is an option.
If your doctor will prescribe it, a compounding pharmacy can prepare a prescription that will cost you $75.00 for three months.
If intranasal ketamine doesn't work, you can always try I.V. Some people respond to I.V. who didn't respond to intranasal.

I dream of things that never were and ask why not.The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.
