Any solutions for Nardil weight gain?

I've seen some encouraging comments regarding the use of metformin to mitigate weight gain with Nardil.

Any other suggestions?

Is the weight gain with Nardil the result of increased appetite / caloric intake, metabolic changes, or both?

I've gained over 10 pounds in less than two months, and I don't see this process halting.

There's gotta be something I can do.

The weight gain is unwelcome, but an easy trade to make for remission from bipolar depression.

What do you guys think?
