>Better idea: add Amitriptyline. It doesn't seem to cause Serotonin syndrome when added to MAOI. It maybe can reach 70 - 80% SERT occupation at high doses, but it is a very strong 5HT2 antagonist and that might attenuate serotonin toxicity in combination with MAOI.
