I need to watch some episodes of Home Improvement and buy some big machines:)
No changes to meds. I added 75mg of Trazodone in summer of 2016, in Spring of 2017, I still had good Testosterone levels.
Dietary changes: I took 10g of EPA/DHA and reduced it to 5g. I suspect that the 10g helped me lose weight, so I got back on 10g as of yesterday.
I added Monk Fruit as a sweetener.
I will try to get another Testosterone test ASAP.

Trazodone 75mg
Venlafaxine 37.5mg
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium 225mg
