I'm not sure how the test works (i.e. if it would notice rapid fluctuations depending on mood / anxiety. However, it is possible.
I've heard in some cases metformin can increase testosterone (i.e. if it helps the patient lose weight and increase insulin sensitivity). When your blood sugar is out of whack it can mess with everything.
