this is site where i post, sincere things, but rerember i said i stopped taking phenibut because it wasnt working, well during these insomnia times, it was because phenibut was withdrawn, even with diazepam. I've been taking it and now i've completly been restored in insomnia and anxiety. It's not harmful in 500-1000mg but when dumb people like me have really bad anxiety, and cannot tell their doctor, or their doctor doenst agree with treating anxiety. I've had to skyrocket phenibut intake. And honestly this is what it does : relives anxiety, makes you a bit more relaxed, cures insomnia. But high dose intake like dumb people, you know who. When this drug is withrawn at high doses, my god its hell. Most people, and most people don't even know about phenibut, but im saying high doses are good, but their withdrawls are hell. I've been able to sleep fine after i started it again. Doctor doenst really do anything for anxiety, im not saying that as insult to them, but phenibut relives it without their help. It's just don't take this at high doses, im telling its hell with withdrawl. Most people take 1000mg and their good, high doses up to 3000-4000mg for aixeety each day is effective but ... don't tell my doctor about the intake, and deal with the rest with research and slowly reduce.
This med is like GABA supplement, its not a drug of concern, say you take GABA supplement, well over days or weeks your body adapts.
Anyways, that's why i've figured out why diazepam has been ineffitive, because phenibut was withdrawl at high dose. Even diazepam didnt do a good job at taking care of residual effects.
