Paroxetine had only adverse effects for me; it made me sleep/rest all day.

Fluoxetine didn't seem to make anything worse, except that it had mild anorgasmic side effects. At one point it even seemed to help me stay up longer. It did not worsen apathy.

Sertraline, on some occasions, especially early on, seemed to stimulate me, perhaps more than fluoxetine. It didn't seem to increase apathy much, except when I was really low, and suicidal -- the apathy reduced my motivation to actually act on my sucidal desires.

Escitalopram had a low profile. IIRC less sexual side-effects than sertraline.

It's hard for me to recall any details, it's been at least 7 years since I last used one.
