You can also just take L-Arginine, one capsule per day, and Pine Bark Extract, one cap per day. In combination these really pump up natural production of testosterone.
Years ago I tested very low on testosterone. I was prescribed the gel. It helped but not in the way you are expecting. There is no way it is going to overcome all those meds. It will be drowned out by the pharmaceuticals. But at least you will know it's in the right range. It is important for anti-aging, bone strength, and a lot of stuff.
I ended up stopping the gel because there is a significant risk of heart attacks and stuff. Most docs fail to give you the dose you need to restore your testosterone to normal, and instead just give a standard dose size to everybody. With gel you can of course modify your own dosage pretty easy. My testosterone fell again after stopping, and then I started the supplements instead. My testosterone was tested a couple months ago and was at the high normal range.
