Who is going to be on Lumateperone?

So who is going to be on this? It sounds cool: No weight gain. I am losing weight anyway, so I wonder if I should try. Maybe not until it is approved in Germany, because before that I'd had to pay.
I wonder if it has less cognitive impairment effects than Seroquel. That would be a reason to switch but I can't find anything on this. I do feel a bit stupid since the Seroquel dosage was bumped up.
How are you guys insured? Would insurance pay?
