I had the same problem with Abilify. It would put me in these dysphoric agitated states that were hard to endure. A search of the literature doesn't support Abilify as a sound treatment for bipolar depression. The only FDA approved options for bipolar depression are Seroquel, Latuda, Vraylar and something else...Have you tried the Vraylar? I was on it for a short while and it picked me up.
