yes i do recommend it if one is willing to do their own research simultaneously and use that to make informed decisions about their treatment... and i do think most patients do find some level of relief through psychiatry, maybe especially those with milder illness... unfortunately i think many of the few users left on this meds board in 2019 are treatment resistant (i am headed there) and will have fewer positive experiences with meds to remark on, understandably.
