I used to think...OK, if its a severe problem, then the psych drugs are necessary. other than that...figure something else out. now...
I'm not even so sure I'd recommend psych drugs or going to a psychiatrist to -anyone-, ever.
it seems that there's so much b*llsh*t in the world of mental health...not to mention the fraud and coercion...and that's just at the outpatient level.
