I just stopped. Was fine for a couple of months, as I said. I'm not sure getting depressed and suicidal a couple of months later was withdrawal from parnate. I think it was just that I have chronic, recurrent major depression and parnate was keeping me fairly stable. Going off an anti-depressant turned out not to be a great idea.
I have had times when parnate didn't keep me stable. I found that if I take ability on an as-needed basis for a couple of weeks, I usually feel better within a few days. Ability was always worked like magic for me, but to take it regularly makes me gain tons of weight.
I'm sorry about the NHS. It seems, under May and the so-called "austerity" policy, there just isn't enough funding. I don't know why people are clamoring about Brexit rather than about the cuts to the NHS.
Good luck to you.
