I consider myself to be at 60%. i was at 30, too, but certain things got me to where i am now. This could be a new med (for me Trazodone), a supplement or a series of supplements, a food (blueberries), activity (sports, activities that stimulate cognition), hormones (mainly testosterone and human growth hormone), psychotherapy, friends, hobbies, family. It could be many things and i guess it is somewhat different for everyone. Ok, one of these things isolated might only give you 5 or 10%, but combined they could make a hell of a difference.
At some point you just have to get moving. I would certainly get those hormone levels checked as soon as possible. For someone deficient in hormones, hormone replacement therapy can be transformational.
Give it everything you got.
Ok, right now you want to stabilize on Parnate and thats fine. You want to know how far Parnate gets you. But you shouldnt stop there.
