I put sarcosine on my list of things to try after you mentioned it. I need to stabilize on Parnate first.
I did not respond to intranasal ketamine. Sarcosine's mechanisms of action include working in the opposite way of ketamine on NMDA receptors. Maybe that means that Sarcosine would be a good choice for me.
The more ideas, the better. I'm thinking of going on NAC (N-acetylcysteine). Both sarcosine and NAC treatments do not produce immediate results. A good trial of NAC can take months.Thanks.
