Add zoloft to clomipramine

Hi, could adding zoloft 50 mg to clomipramine 100 mg be safe? I was thinking about SERT occupancy and sent a message to my doctor asking if the action of clomipramine and zoloft together could produce enough occupancy of SERT thus leading to increased DAT occupancy by zoloft. What do you think? I just started zoloft 50 mg, and take 100 mg clomipramine, 10 mg abilify and 15 mg buspirone.
