One thing I've noticed is you're hypervigilant about your mood state. You're very sensitive to changes and maybe just a little too anxious about them. You want to treat even the slightest instability with meds, when what you need are better cognitive coping strategies. So what if you're a little manic? What's the worst that could happen?
If you want to try another antipsychotic, I'm going to suggest haldol-studies in Germany showed that KEppra, when coupled with haldol, yielded excellent results.
