> > My ups and downs have been radical over this last week. My doctor has been adjusting my treatment.> Hi, Scott. Sorry to hear of your ups and downs. That's pretty much the norm for me. No Rhyme or reason to it. Long-standing major depression for me, but I definitely have my ups and downs.
When you feel worse, are there any physical symptoms?
When my depression gets worse, I experience teeth-clenching (bruxism), changes in bowel function, delayed micturition and reduced urine flow, reduction of eye pupil size, dry mouth, dizziness, body aches and pains, feeling cold, muscle weakness, heart palpitations, and clumsiness. I'm sure I can come up with a few more.
> For the heck of it, I tried Kratom for the first time tonight. It's pretty relaxing. I was just curious about it (and I have back issues as well), as I just learned of its existence a few weeks ago, and then only because it'll likely be banned at the end of September.I know nothing about Kratom.
> I hope you're doing well.Thanks. I'm doing better these last two days. I hope it is a harbinger of good things to come.
