Ok I'm past two weeks. I was having what I'm guessing was weird "ramping up" sketchy feelings that comes with introducing an ssri. Monday I actually felt a "happy" lift like I associate with an SSRI but it has been descending into a zoney tiredness.
Yesterday I almost vomitted on a client and felt weak and irritable until I remembered I forgot to take my morning klonopin, which helped for a few hours.
This morning I felt fine until taking the effexor and then I felt nervous worried, and very uncomfortable, even with klonopin and propranolol.
So my question is, if I'm taking an alpha and beta blocker to offset nightmares and trauma, should I be taking an NE re-uptake inhibitor? Each time I've take provigil or yohimbine I feel feverish, trippy, and scared. Is this not a trauma arousal issue maybe caused from NE?

I know a lot of people with PTSD have success on Effexor so I don't want to make simple conclusions. I raised my morning lamictal dose and it feels like it helped. I was hoping to lose the lamictal altogether.
Thoughts?
