I've never tried kefir. Thanks for the link :)
I'm really addicted to Chobani Greek Yogurt so I'm hoping I wont have to give that up. I believe its a well known brand. I'm actually not too stressed about the diet but I'd like to reduce the bp symptomology I've been experiencing.
