The ideal 25OH Vitamin D level (ng/ml)

I was told the ideal level is 70ng/ml.
Now my doctor told me that up to 100ng/ml is normal.
I tested 45ng/ml.
Can someone shed light on this?
schizo-affective, type depressive
Seroquel 600mg
Zyprexa 12.5mg
75mg Effexor
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium orotate 360mg
6.000 IU Vitamin D
