start with an antidepressant, the best antidepressants that fight cloudy feelings are wellbutrin, parnate, stimulating antidepressants, not sedating ones like paxil and luvox, and also I would ask your doctor about a basic first line mood stablizer like lamictal, but for OTC stuff you can buy, magnesium and omega fish oil and b12 and folic acid are good for managing some parts of transmission in the brain, magensium is good for the nerves. SAM-e and nuerotransmitter supplements like 5-htp are good but they don't sound like that would be strong enough to stablize what your listing
it sounds like a mix of anxiety and irritability with mood fluctuations, with depression it needs a stabilizer like depakote (valporate) with a antidepressant but start off slowly and let your doctor know these symptoms you listed here, and talk to him to get on stabilization program
