It´s been 5 days ago since I cut the 50 mg dose of quetiapine (Seroquel) in half. Effects so far:
1) rapid decrease in appetite (or normalizing it? Not sure as I've been on quetiapine for approx 8 years)
2) less constipation
3) shorter & restless sleep with weird scary dreams
4) noise is more bothersome (traffic, loud music, etc.)
5) on day 5 felt increase in emotional sensitivity (not good)So now I wonder, should I increase the Pregnenolone to counter the negative effects? Or the Dhea? Or both?
Any advice is welcome!
