if its some consolation, i think many of us on this board have been 'stuck' at one point in time or another.

i am currently in this trapped form of depression wrapped with bouts of aggitation. Though i'm on the (no danger of imminent death) side right now, which is good.
but i am not getting the help i need.

i'm frustrated that pdoc is not trying anythying other than this "lets just wait and see if you get better" thing.
which i dont quite understand.

all i can say is hang on. and be your own advocate.
