Brintellix is an ssri that does a bunch of other things like agonize 5ht1a and 5ht1b receptors, which help minimize sexual side effects.

Vybrid is an ssri that partially agonizes 5ht1a receptors. It worked real well for my OCD and I did not experience any sexual side effects.
